FaxPipe Internet Fax Services (“FaxPipe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. - Any temporary storage of fax content is incidental to transmission and operational requirements.
- Fax content is typically deleted from our systems within approximately 24 hours after transmission or attempted transmission, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
FaxPipe does not review or monitor fax content for accuracy, legality, or compliance, and acts as a passive transmission conduit.
You are solely responsible for retaining copies of any fax transmissions you wish to preserve and for ensuring compliance with any legal or regulatory retention requirements applicable to you.
3. How We Use Information
We use information collected to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
- Process payments and manage billing
- Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests
- Monitor, secure, and improve the Services
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
3.1 Passive Transmission Role
FaxPipe functions as a passive transmission conduit. Any access to fax content or related data is automated, incidental, and limited to what is reasonably necessary to transmit, route, process, secure, or troubleshoot the Services. FaxPipe does not intentionally access, review, analyze, or monitor the substance of fax communications, except as required to comply with applicable law or a lawful request.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal information as necessary to:
- Perform our contractual obligations to you
- Operate and secure the Services
- Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests
- Protect the rights, property, and safety of FaxPipe, our users, and others
By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
FaxPipe operates and administers the Services primarily from the United States. Information may be processed, transmitted, or stored in jurisdictions where FaxPipe or its service providers maintain facilities. By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed outside of your state or country of residence.

We do not sell personal information.

Fax numbers provided for use with the Services are not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
5.1 Third-Party Transmission Providers.
Fax transmissions and related data necessarily pass through third-party telecommunications carriers, internet service providers, and infrastructure vendors as part of normal routing and delivery. FaxPipe does not control the networks or systems of such third parties and is not responsible for their independent privacy or security practices.
6. Communications and Account Notices
We may communicate with you regarding:
- Account activity
- Billing and invoices
- Service updates or operational notices
- Customer support responses
Certain communications, such as billing notices and service-related messages, are required and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
7. Data Security
FaxPipe implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You acknowledge that use of the Services involves inherent risks associated with electronic communications and internet-based systems.

- Deactivate your account at any time
Requests to delete personal information are subject to legal, contractual, and operational requirements and may not apply to information we are required to retain.
10. Third-Party Websites
Our websites may contain links to third-party sites. FaxPipe is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them.

This Privacy Policy describes FaxPipe’s general privacy practices and does not create additional contractual rights, warranties, or obligations beyond those expressly set forth in our Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law.

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and FaxPipe does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Services, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
