We can give each employee in the company a personal fax number that converts the faxes as attachments and sends them to each employees personal email address. This eliminates the hassles of having a line at the fax machine. Employees no longer need to worry about someone else accidentally picked up the wrong fax. Employees also do not need to waist time by sitting next to the fax machine waiting for a fax to arrive.

We can set your company up to fit what you want

If you are not ready to have individual accounts for your employees we can put up to five email address on one account. This will enable up to five employees to send and receive faxes. Any faxes coming into the account will be sent to all five recipients and those five will also be able to send faxes out from their email addresses.
